The Beyonce diet (otherwise known as the Beyonce Knowles diet) is one which has courted controversy in the past because for one of her major film roles she decided to try the Master Cleanse diet. Her name has now become linked with the Master Cleanse diet which is a controversial celebrity style diet which is based around a maple syrup juice which replaces many every day food items.
Those who support the Master Cleanse diet believe it offers a way to cleanse the body of toxins although many scientists are unconvinced as to its effectiveness and safety. While Beyonce admits to using the Master Cleanse diet she also admits that she regained the vast majority of weight she had lost once she moved back onto more traditional foods. As a consequence many believe that the Master Cleanse diet is really a way to cleanse the body of toxins and is not necessarily a healthy diet option itself.
Thankfully, aside from the controversy over the Master Cleanse diet Beyonce also admits to regular exercise and regular workouts which are two factors often forgotten by those looking to lose weight. In simple terms, the more energy which you use up the more fat your body will burn and the trimmer you should become, all within reason.
